Lost and Damage Policy

• Items not returned within 2 months from the due date are presumed lost and the user will be billed for the cost of replacing the items. Please refer to Table below.
• If a user decides to replace the item, replacement will have to be made within 4 weeks from the date it was reported lost.
• Replacement of soft cover for hardcover copy is not accepted. Processing fee of RM20.00 if a user chooses to replace the lost item himself.
• Payments for replacement of lost/damaged materials are not returnable.
• If the item is damaged, all cost involved on repairing or replacing the item will be borne by the user.
