Photocopying Machine

There is one self-service photocopying machines in the Library. First time users are required to register at First City U.C. IT Center. The payment shall be made at the Main Office. Please note that photocopying and printing in the Library is subject to provisions of the Copyright Act 1987.


Computers have been allocated for Internet access. A scanner is also available.

Wireless Internet Access

A WiFi router in the library allows users with laptops and PDAs wireless broadband access to the internet.

Library Catalog (OPAC)

Users can access the Library Catalogue to retrieve information on library collection. You can access Library iPortal here.

Discussion Rooms & Audio Visual (AV Room)

Discussion room is equipped with whiteboard and AV room is equipped with television, VCD, and DVD player. Headphones are also available and requests can be made at the Library Circulation Counter.

All reservations will be treated on a first-come-first-served basis. Users' ID must be kept at the counter before using the room.

1. Maximum of 2 hours per session.

2. Extension is depending on availability.

3. Each group must have at least 4 users. (Except use of Audio Visual Room)

4. Unoccupied reserved room will be given to others after 15 minutes.

5. Users are responsible for the cleanliness of the room.
